Having said that, if your Mac can't start up or can't connect to the Internet we may well still be able to help by talking you through some processes to get you back on line.
We can’t perform hardware fixes (such as replacing the internal hard disk) because … well … that can’t be done via an Internet link. It’s like me offering to send you a cup of coffee – via eMail. It’s a nice idea but not quite practical. Yet. Who knows what improvements Apple will add to their next version of the Operating System?
