TekWizard can help you in so many different ways. As long as your Mac can connect to the Internet and your problem is software related, we can work on your machine remotely.

 

Having said that, if your Mac can't start up or can't connect to the Internet we may well still be able to help by talking you through some processes to get you back online.

 

We can’t perform hardware fixes (such as replacing the internal hard disk) because … well … that can’t be done via an Internet link. It’s like me offering to send you a cup of coffee – via eMail. It’s a nice idea but not quite practical. Yet. Who knows what improvements Apple will add to their next version of the Operating System?

If you are resident in the New Forest area (Ashley, Ashurst, Barton on Sea, Bashley, Beaulieu, Bournemouth, Bramshaw, Bransgore, Brockenhurst, Burley, Christchurch, Highcliffe, Lymington, Lyndhurst, Mudeford, New Milton, Ringwood, Sway or Tiptoe) then you will also have the option of bringing your Mac to us if you prefer.
