Get Organised!

 

Computers are great at storing information, but if you don’t use a logical and well thought out system for filing your documents, finding them again can be a real pain.

 

You know the problem: your desktop is filled with so many documents that you find yourself spending quite a bit of time trying to see the one you want.  Downloads from the Safari browser automatically go into one place but downloads from another browser may go somewhere else.  Or you have so many folders in your Mail program that you have to scroll up and down to find the one you want - but you stopped using many of them years ago, and now they're just taking up space in the Sidebar.

 

Tidying up your data storage system makes all the difference.
